Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At UrSimply, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us so we can help.

Returns

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging to info@UrSimply.com.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of personalized and made-to-order products, these items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production may have begun and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Unless otherwise noted in the ordering pipeline, UrSimply ships all items within two days of receiving order (Domestic Shipping Only). You will receive any notification of any delays or cancellations. All jars are placed in gift boxes before shipping. Free shipping on orders $35.00 or more.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged by hand. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

At this time, UrSimply ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped through UPS. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

• UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

• UPS 3 Day Select®: 3 business days

• UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 business days

• UPS Next Day Air®: 1 business day

Please note that delivery options and estimates are provided by UPS and are not guaranteed by UrSimply.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders promptly, UrSimply is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with UPS to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
